Suggested Use (Overview): Directions: Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep! Press tea bag and gently remove. Precautions

Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12 years of age. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea loose stools or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
