Store in a cool dry place. SUGGESTED USE: TRAINING DAYS: As an adult dietary supplement and to establish tolerance to this product; mix one scoop (one serving) with 8 ounces of water or beverage and shake vigorously approximately 15 minutes prior to training. Once tolerance has been established increase dose to two servings (two scoops). Do not exceed two servings (two scoops) use at one time or four servings (four scoops) within a 24 hour period. NON-TRAINING DAYS: take one to two servings (one / two scoops) as directed to maintain muscle saturation of ingredients. To avoid sleeplessness do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
