Suggested Use (Overview): Recommended Use:Take 1/2 a cup of prepared System Cleanse Tea 2-3 times a day for 6 weeks. Take a 2 week break; and repeat. Perform this cycle a total of 3 times. Decrease dosage; or discontinue if stools become too loose. Preperation:Add 1 cup of formula to 2 quarts of distilled water; and bring to a light simmer. Turn stove down and continue to simmer for 20 minutes. Strain wet herb; and return to the same pan. Add 2 more quarts of distilled water. Repeat the process again. Discard used herb after you're finished. Refrigerate tea. Use only stainless steel or glass pot. Do not use aluminum. If you are not; increase the amount of times your take System Cleanse Tea. You also do not want to induce diarrhea. If so; decrease the amount of each dose; and/or how often you take it.
