Its smooth creamy chocolate flavor makes it a great stand-alone product or base for any health shake or smoothie. Each serving of Power Whey contains 21 grams of protein from rBST free whey locally sourced from New York and New England dairy farmers. Each serving also includes 2 grams of added fiber from Fibersol-2 (a water-soluble digestion resistant fiber). No significant difference has been shown between milk derived from rbST-treated non-rbST-treated cows. Color flavor and sweetness of this product may vary due to variations of natural ingredients. Whey protein concentrate with 2 grams of added fiber per serving Gluten free Dietary fiber from digestion resistant maltodextrin was tested using AOAC method #2009.01. Alternatively AOAC method 2001.03 could be used.
