Suggested Use (Overview): Directions: (Adult) Start with one (1) tablet in the morning and one (1) tablet in the evening. Increase intake by one (1) tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 formed bowel movements per day. Do not exceed three (3) tablets twice per day.
